International Shipping
E-wifi sends goods through TNT or EMS after money is received. Delivery usually takes 2-6 days. E-wifi will send on your email account the tracking number of the parcel. You will be able to track and check delivery date of your parcel on couriers website. For the moment, e-wifi dispatches goods only inside the EU.
VAT (Value Added Tax)
All products prices are listed without VAT. VAT rate in Greece is 23%. Our customers may purchase all our products without VAT only when provide VALID European VAT ID Number. Otherwise the invoice will be issued with addition 23% VAT.
Return Policy
If you need to return a product, please contact us through are RMA ticketing platform.An RMA number will be issued to you and you must return the product with this RMA number. Otherwise your request will not be processed and your shipment will be refused. All products must be returned in their original packaging with all software, cabling etc. Items returned without all accesories or items which are defaced will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. RMA numbers are valid for a maximum of 20 days. |
